"Inflation & rising insurance costs have been astronomical! But having a commercial auto insurance agency that bends backwards to help find ways to mitigate those cost increases while giving outstanding customer service is a blessing. "Terrible Experience with State Farm Agent I've had a State Farm auto policy for four years, but my recent experience has been horrific. On November 22, 2024, I called my assigned agent to add a vehicle to my policy. The agent, John, spent an hour on the phone with me, asking about every driver on my policy and removing some drivers from the list. He specifically asked about my niece, who had obtained her license the previous year, and I clearly stated that she was not on my policy. John confirmed that he had removed her from the policy and quoted me a premium of around $135 for my 3rd vehicle added that was 2013 honda pilot. However, on December 18, I called the agent again and spoke with Abhishik. I asked him why the added vehicle was not showing on my policy, and he told me it would take 30-60 days to appear. I then discovered that State Farm had deducted $613 from my credit card, despite my regular payment being $165 for both cars. Abhishik told me he would investigate and call me back, but he didn't. After multiple follow-up calls, he still couldn't explain why I was charged $613. To make matters worse, my added vehicle still hasn't been added to my policy, and I've received a new bill for $306 for my two existing vehicles, which was previously $165. The sudden increase and incorrect charges have left me frustrated and disappointed in State Farm's service. Rating: 1/5 (Not Recommended)"
