Hello, October! Fall is officially here, bringing cooler temperatures, colorful leaves, cozy weekends, and plenty of seasonal activities. As we settle into autumn and prepare for the busier months ahead, October is a great time to make sure you’re prepared for whatever the season brings. From fall road trips and Halloween festivities to home projects, changing routines, and preparing for colder weather, there’s plenty happening this time of year.

It’s also the perfect opportunity to revisit your car, home, and life insurance to make sure your coverage continues to fit your current lifestyle and future goals.

October fun fact: October is National Fire Prevention Month! As temperatures cool and we spend more time indoors, it’s a great reminder to check smoke detectors, review your home safety plan, and make sure your home insurance coverage is up to date before the winter months arrive.

I’m passionate about helping individuals and families compare car insurance options, review renters insurance for apartments, and explore home insurance for both current homeowners and future buyers. Life insurance is especially important to me—whether you’re a parent, newly married, growing your family, building your career, or simply thinking ahead about protecting the people you love. October is a wonderful time to ask questions, request quotes, and make confident insurance decisions in a supportive environment. Here’s to a month of momentum and preparation!

My name is Sasha Buerano, and I am the proud owner of the State Farm Agency located at 9 State Route 27/Lincoln Highway in Edison, NJ at Colonial Village Plaza. I am a first-generation Filipina and a second-generation State Farm agent, and I’m thrilled to have been serving the Edison area for 5 years! I have over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and have dedicated my career to helping individuals, families, and small businesses protect themselves, their loved ones, and the life they’ve worked hard to build. As a small business owner myself, I understand the risks and challenges entrepreneurs may face, and I am committed to providing personalized service to each and every customer.

My commitment to the community extends beyond my work as a State Farm agent. I am also an active member of several local organizations, including the Edison Chamber of Commerce, Professional Filipino American Youth, and LeTip of Asbury Park. At my core, my passion is building long-lasting relationships with individuals, families, communities, and businesses.
