ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in July 2021 and has grown to a team of five passionate, hard-working individuals who love what they do. Before becoming an agent, I worked at a health tech startup in NYC, spent a year teaching abroad in Thailand, and began my insurance career as a team member in my dad’s agency. I hold a Marketing B.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland, and insurance runs deep in my family—eight of us, including my dad and sister, are agents.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sasha Buerano - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
